WilloWeb – Local Bay Area Internet Service Provider

2 years of using WilloWeb in 360 Residence and it was brilliant!!! Hopefully they will expand their service areas!

WilloWeb’s service is fast, reliable, and in the unlikely event something does go wrong, their support is fantastic. If your building supports WilloWeb you should absolutely switch from Comcast or AT&T.

After less than a disappointing year with Comcast business, I found this awesome small internet business, much less expensive but much faster. Excellent customer service and free!!! not to be paid like my previous provider. No network outage and because I'm a Small Cafe owner, I can finally offer free internet to my customers. Free installation and I also got free Wifi Router from them, always available for any issues and requests from me, they are always open for feedback. Small business is the real dial! This is my third year with Willoweb and I continue to be impressed. They are a boutique service and give great customer service. Whenever I send an email, I get a quick response back from one of their Founders. As a tech executive, it means a lot to me to talk with someone about "the problem" and not to have to start at the very bottom of the troubleshooting list (yes, I've rebooted the router). I was surprised today to learn that they're not-so-boutique -- they're in 37 cities in the Bay Area... so to think that their service is SO good, it's even more impressive. And it goes without saying -- service is super-important... but especially now, with everyone working from home more... the product must work. And it does. And it works fast and consistently. I don't need fancy "home monitoring applications" or other people's network security offerings. I need fast, consistent internet service at a fair market price. And I need Max to answer my emails. I get all that (and more) with WilloWeb. A++!
