This is my third year with Willoweb and I continue to be impressed. They are a boutique service and give great customer service. Whenever I send an email, I get a quick response back from one of their Founders. As a tech executive, it means a lot to me to talk with someone about "the problem" and not to have to start at the very bottom of the troubleshooting list (yes, I've rebooted the router). I was surprised today to learn that they're not-so-boutique -- they're in 37 cities in the Bay Area... so to think that their service is SO good, it's even more impressive. And it goes without saying -- service is super-important... but especially now, with everyone working from home more... the product must work. And it does. And it works fast and consistently. I don't need fancy "home monitoring applications" or other people's network security offerings. I need fast, consistent internet service at a fair market price. And I need Max to answer my emails. Willoweb became available in Morgan Hill a few months ago. Having been forced to be a Spectrum customer for five years and being nickel and dimmed for a measly 100/25 Mb/s I was blown away by the speed of Willoweb! I regularly see well over 350/350 Mb/s with very low latency. Using YoutubeTV for regular "cable" there's never any lag and streaming iTunes/HBO/Netflix/Disney+/AppleTV+ everything always streams in full 4K HDR DolbyVision with no hick-ups even while some computers in the house are doing full speed Backblaze online backups to the cloud. During the atmospheric river downpour event a few weeks ago PG&E lost electricity in some parts of MH which affected the service, but the support was super responsive, and the outage was resolved quickly. Otherwise, it's been rock solid. Highly recommended especially since there's no contract, no data caps, no hidden fees and the monthly price can't be beat.
